Lost or Damaged?
If your jerky shows up missing or damaged:
- 1.Snap a photo of the package (if damaged).
- 2.Email support@chickenbuttjerky.com within 7 days.
- 3.We'll send a free replacement or refund — your call.
Need to change your address?
Reply to your order confirmation email immediately. Once a label is created, we can't reroute.
Holiday & peak season
Carriers get busy Nov–Dec. We still ship within 3 days, but transit times may stretch. Plan ahead if jerky is going under the tree.
