Lost or Damaged Packages
Stuff happens in transit. If your jerky shows up MIA or mangled:
Snap a photo of the box (if damaged).
Email support@chickenbuttjerky.com within 7 calendar days.
We'll fast-track a free replacement or refund—your call.
Need to Change Your Address?
Reply to your order-confirmation email immediately if you need to change your address. Once a shipping label is created, we can't reroute packages.
Holiday & Peak-Season Caveat
Carriers get slammed Nov–Dec. We'll still ship within 3 business days of your order, but transit can stretch past 10 days. Plan accordingly if jerky is going under the tree.
