*"Processing time" is the window between your order being in-stock and your label being scanned by the carrier.

As soon as the batch clears QC, we'll print labels and email you a tracking link. You won't be charged twice—pre-orders lock in both product and shipping.

Domestic Shipping Details
Coverage
All 50 states + Puerto Rico. (Alaska/Hawaii may see the full 10 day transit.)
Carriers
USPS Priority or UPS Ground—chosen automatically for the quickest path from Texas.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO
Yes, but they default to USPS.
Multiple items
We consolidate into one box whenever possible. If something goes on back-order, we'll upgrade the first portion to keep you fed.
International Orders
We're U.S.-only until we clear export paperwork. Join the Global Waitlist in our footer and we'll ping you when international lanes open.
Tracking & Support
A shipping-confirmation email lands the moment your label is generated.
Tracking not updating after 48 hours? Hit us at support@chickenbuttjerky.com with your order #.
Carriers occasionally mark boxes "Delivered" a day early—check porches, mail rooms, and friendly neighbors first.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Stuff happens in transit. If your jerky shows up MIA or mangled:
Snap a photo of the box (if damaged).
Email support@chickenbuttjerky.com within 7 calendar days.
We'll fast-track a free replacement or refund—your call.
Need to Change Your Address?
Reply to your order-confirmation email before we print labels (target date: early September). Once a label's created, we can't reroute packages.
Holiday & Peak-Season Caveat
Carriers get slammed Nov–Dec. We'll still drop boxes within 3 business days of the batch release, but transit can stretch past 10 days. Plan accordingly if jerky is going under the tree.
