4. Is it keto / Whole30 / paleo friendly?

Most of our recipes are — zero sugar, practically zero carbs, no soy or grain ingredients. However, some customers wanted a touch of sweetness, so we also have recipes with a small amount of sugar. Check the label on each flavor for details.

5. How does it stay shelf-stable with so few ingredients?

Precision dehydration plus our salt and nitrate blend. Shelf life is 6 months when stored below 90°F. No refrigeration needed before opening.

6. Why chicken instead of beef?
  • Easier to digest than beef jerky.
  • Less fat, more protein per dollar.
  • Better flavor carrier — lets the spices shine.
  • Thigh + breast blend keeps it tender, never stringy.
7. Where is it made?

Every batch is mixed, formed, and dehydrated by hand in our inspected kitchen in Texas. We QC every single strip.

8. Any allergens?

Contains chicken and common spices. Produced in a facility that also processes dairy, nuts, and other allergens. Our jerky contains no nuts, dairy, gluten, or soy — but cross-contamination is possible.

9. How should I store it after opening?

Re-seal the pouch and refrigerate after opening. Best consumed within a week for optimal texture and freshness.

10. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Texas only. National shipping is coming soon — join our email list to be first to know.
