Each bag contains 2.5oz of jerky with 2.5 servings per bag. Each serving (1oz/28g) delivers 11g protein and 120 calories. The full bag contains 29g protein and 290 calories.

Every batch is mixed, extruded, and dehydrated by hand in our inspected kitchen in Texas. Keeping production close lets us QC every single strip.
Yes—zero carbs, zero sugar, no soy or grain ingredients.
Contains chicken and common kitchen spices. Produced in a facility that also processes dairy, nuts, and other allergens. While our jerky contains no nuts, dairy, gluten, or soy, cross-contamination is possible.
Finish the strip you open, or re-seal the pouch and consume within one week for best crunch. (The salt and low moisture keep it safe, but flavour is peak when fresh.)
