1. What exactly is Chicken Butt?

A high-protein, ready-to-eat chicken strip that eats like jerky but is actually real food—just chicken, spices, and salts. Small-batch, hand-made in Texas, it's the no-BS way to hit your macros on the go.

2. What's in it?

Only three real-food inputs:

3. How big is a strip and how much nutrition is inside?

Our new commercial dehydrator yields ~27 g cooked weight (~1 oz) per strip, delivering ≈ 15 g protein and 150 kcal.

4. How does it stay shelf-stable with so few ingredients?

Precision dehydration plus our salt blend locks in safety and flavour. The result is shelf-reliable for up to 3 months—no preservatives or refrigeration needed before opening.

5. Why chicken (thighs and breast) instead of beef?
  • Higher protein value per dollar and lower saturated fat.
  • Poultry's neutral flavour lets the Mediterranean spices shine.
  • The thigh-plus-breast formula keeps each strip tender, not stringy.
6. Where is it made?

Every batch is mixed, extruded, and dehydrated by hand in our inspected kitchen in Texas. Keeping production close lets us QC every single strip.

7. Is it keto / Whole30 / paleo friendly?

Yes—zero carbs, zero sugar, no soy or grain ingredients.

8. Any allergens I should worry about?

Contains chicken and common kitchen spices. Produced in a facility that also processes dairy, nuts, and other allergens. While our jerky contains no nuts, dairy, gluten, or soy, cross-contamination is possible.

9. How should I store it after opening?

Finish the strip you open, or re-seal the pouch and consume within one week for best crunch. (The salt and low moisture keep it safe, but flavour is peak when fresh.)

10. Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship anywhere in the U.S. from Texas. International launch is on deck once we finalise export approvals—join the email list and you'll be first to know.
