Every flavor starts with whole-muscle chicken (thigh + breast), sea salt, our scratch-built spice blend, and curing salt for shelf stability. Some flavors include MSG for umami. No sugar (except a touch in BBQ blends — see label), no gluten, no soy, no dairy, no fillers, no natural flavoring, no rice flour.

Each 2.5 oz bag has 2.5 servings. Per serving (1 oz): 13g protein, 80 calories. Per bag: 33–34g protein (varies by flavor), 200–210 calories, 0g sugar (except trace amounts in some BBQ blends), 2–3g total carbs. See the back of each bag or the product page for the exact panel.

Most of our recipes are — zero sugar, practically zero carbs, no soy or grain ingredients. However, some customers wanted a touch of sweetness, so we also have recipes with a small amount of sugar. Check the label on each flavor for details.

Recipe development and quality control happen at our Fairview, Texas headquarters. Production is at our USDA-inspected co-packer Midwest Meat in Plainview, Nebraska (USDA Est. P-47928), using our patent-pending Jerky Robot to form every strip. We QC every batch before it ships.

Contains chicken and common spices. Produced in a facility that also processes dairy, nuts, and other allergens. Our jerky contains no nuts, dairy, gluten, or soy — but cross-contamination is possible.

Re-seal the pouch and refrigerate after opening. Best consumed within a week for optimal texture and freshness.
